We understand, getting started and trying something new is the toughest part. It's all about trust and building relationships for us.

I have Pilates Experience, but it's been a while...where should I start?

The Intro Session is the best place to begin again.

Within a span of one to two years off, most people have developed new movement patterns, or have had some "life happen" to them and their bodies. Whether you have that nagging back pain back, knees are feeling worn out (and you're trying to avoid a surgery)...or you used to love pilates and movement but haven't found a studio until now to work out at - We always recommend starting with the Intro Session.

Our group classes all require coordination and your ability to be aware of how to operate the Pilates Equipment, so the Intro Session will help you learn and develop the proper skillset to take a class safely & effectively! If you are coming in with a previous injury, postpartum, or are just getting back into the swing - the tools you will hone in on in your Intro will help you concentrate on your goals in the group setting lending to better RESULTS for YOUR BODY!

I can't afford Private Training, are there any other options?

Wellness & Health is a commitment to yourself and the Intro Session is just the beginning of your journey. Next steps will come as we recommend a program that best suites you and your individual needs.

So many people under budget for their own health and wellbeing. How much is it to get your car serviced? Full tank of gas? Private training doesn't have to be long term.

Our goal is to set you up for success and give you the opportunity to have LASTING and TRANSFERABLE results... If your car is out of alignment, it doesn't matter if you replace the tires, refill the tank etc, over time you'll be right back at the car shop taking care of that alignment. Stop wasting money on services that simply put a bandaid on your problems - let's get to the root of it.

The MMC method starts with the concept of everything is connected. It all begins with us evaluating together, is your mind & body connected through awareness? From there we look at how your spine and center move together through a series of exercises - then dive into how your body moves as a whole.

How Do I Sign Up?

You may purchase the Intro Session online or by giving us a call/text at 469-213-1227. Once you have purchased the session we will get you scheduled with one of our amazing Instructors. If you have an Instructor request or have some specific goals already on your mind, absolutely let us know so we can place you with a teacher that will best take you to your next level.

I have a lot of Pain & Former Injuries - Not sure Where To Start...

Start Here - you are in the perfect spot. The Intro Session is where you want to begin.

Our Instructor Team is well equipped with the latest knowledge about body mechanics, movement science, and more. They will be able to provide you will information to help you set some goals and find ease in your movement again.

No matter your injuries, concerns, or past, we work with clients that have common injuries and conditions such as:

  • Spinal Conditions such as: Scoliosis, Spinal Stenosis, Spondylolisthesis, Disc Issues (Herniated or Bulging) Osteoporosis and Spinal Fusions.

I'm An Athlete/Have an Athletic Background - Why Do I Need The Intro Session?

If you are a Professional Level Athlete or a Pre-Pro Athlete or Dancer, just let us know as we have trainers that offer Sport Specific training. Think of the Intro Session like an assessment. Depending on your individual needs we will look at elements related to control, range of motion, stability, precision to assist with sports performance and injury risk management.

If you have a background in athletics, you'll want all the details - so the Intro Session will give you all the mindset information to either progress to athletic levels in the Pilates & Gyrotonic® Methods advanced work in a private setting or allow you to take classes regularly.

If you currently play sports or are an avid runner, golfer, or tennis player you will learn tactics to stay in your best shape to play these fun and amazing sports regularly without aches and pains.
