The Consultation is the best place to begin again.
Within a span of one to two years off, most people have developed new movement patterns, or have had some "life happen" to them and their bodies. Whether you have that nagging back pain back, knees are feeling worn out (and you're trying to avoid a surgery)...or you used to love pilates and movement but haven't found a studio until now to work out at - We always recommend starting with the Consultation .
Our group classes all require coordination and your ability to be aware of how to operate the Pilates Equipment, so the Intro Session will help you learn and develop the proper skillset to take a class safely & effectively! If you are coming in with a previous injury, postpartum, or are just getting back into the swing - the tools you will hone in on in your Intro will help you concentrate on your goals in the group setting lending to better RESULTS for YOUR BODY!

So many people under budget for their own health and wellbeing. How much is it to get your car serviced? Full tank of gas? Private training doesn't have to be long term.
Our goal is to set you up for success and give you the opportunity to have LASTING and TRANSFERABLE results... If your car is out of alignment, it doesn't matter if you replace the tires, refill the tank etc, over time you'll be right back at the car shop taking care of that alignment. The MMC method starts with the concept of everything is connected. It all begins with us evaluating together, is your mind & body connected through awareness? From there we look at how your spine and center move together through a series of exercises - then dive into how your body moves as a whole.

If you are a Professional Level Athlete or a Pre-Pro Athlete or Dancer, just let us know as we have trainers that offer Sport Specific training. Think of the Consultation like an assessment. Depending on your individual needs we will look at elements related to control, range of motion, stability, precision to assist with sports performance and injury risk management.
If you have a background in athletics, you'll want all the details - so the Consultation will give you all the mindset information to either progress to athletic levels in the Pilates & Gyrotonic® Methods advanced work in a private setting or allow you to take classes regularly.
If you currently play sports or are an avid runner, golfer, or tennis player you will learn tactics to stay in your best shape to play these fun and amazing sports regularly without aches and pains.
